Welcome. Learn the easy and unique art of mask making from acclaimed mask maker, Carol Peters. Her elaborate masks are created using jewels, feathers, hand-made paper, beads and other objects. In her 3 hour class, you will learn something of the history of masks, see examples of Carol’s art and then go through a series of steps to light the spark of your own creativity. Take home your own beautiful, completed half mask as a gift or for your own enjoyment.
Capacity and Costs. At Carol’s home: Carol can accommodate a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 guests in her home, at a cost of $150, per person.
At an outside venue: For a larger group, from a minimum of 13 to a maximum of 50, the class can be taught in a room at a hotel, for a price of $150, per person. Payment to be made with company check. No credit cards
Hotel & Home Mask Class. Each guest will have their own station which has:
- Glue gun
- Assortment of beads, trinkets, trims, etc.
- Blank mask
- Latex gloves
- Heavy paper protection for work area.

There will be a one hour set up time at the outside venue.
Hotel to provide:
- Room
- Conference style tables (allowing 3’ per person preferred), set up with linen;
- 1 electrical outlet per person, on top of the table;
- Adequate lighting;
- 1 large trash can.
Cancellation Policy.
a) If the class is cancelled one week prior to the date of the event, Carol Peters will return the entire down payment;
b) If the class is cancelled within six days of date of the event, Carol Peters will retain the down payment in full;
c) No fee will be paid upon an Act of God;
d) Carol Peters, at the time of the signing of this contract, shall not be under any contract with another party that might preclude her from fulfilling the engagement.
